Carolyna is a black belt conflict resolution consultant specializing in multi-party and complex conflicts that require systems and diversity dynamics and cross cultural competence. She holds masters' level certification in mediation, counseling, coaching and advanced communication skills and is a state licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training in a number of helpful modalities. She is the content and technical producer for this educational program and other distance learning programs for the US Air Force's Conflict Management Coaching Program.
