Carolyna is a black belt conflict resolution consultant specializing in multi-party and complex conflicts that require systems and diversity dynamics and cross cultural competence. She holds masters' level certification in mediation, counseling, coaching and advanced communication skills and is a state licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training in a number of helpful modalities. She is the content and technical producer for this Infocast on Conflict Management Coaching and other distance learning programs for the US Air Force's Conflict Management Coaching Program.
